My approach

Everyone arrives with their own history, lifestyle and goals. Before any technique, I take the time to understand that context: your medical background, your habits, what brings you in and what you want to get back to.

The work is manual, gradual and minimally invasive. The aim is not simply to quiet a symptom, but to give the body back the mobility and balance it needs to regulate itself - and to leave you with practical things to apply between sessions.
